Quality inspection

Strict quality inspection process is the core part of Zhugao's electronic quality control system. In order to ensure that customers "buy with peace of mind and use with confidence", every inspection step we formulate is guaranteed to be implemented effectively and effectively. We have advanced testing procedures, professional testing equipment, and most importantly-experienced IQC engineers, professional and responsible working attitude, to ensure that our customers receive world-class quality goods.

1 Appearance inspection
    All incoming goods, we will perform appearance inspection and make detailed inspection records

• Manufacturer, manufacturer's part number, quantity, production date and environmental protection standard inspection
• Outer packaging inspection, whether the packaging is intact/complete, and whether the packaging materials meet the requirements of the corresponding MSL standards
• Silk screen (Marking) inspection, consistency inspection, check the original factory specifications and documentation
• Material appearance inspection, dust condition, whether the pin foot is deformed, whether the pin foot has signs of oxidation
• HS CODE inspection, whether it is consistent with the invoice/packing list information

2 Engineer review
    All materials found to be suspicious in appearance inspection, or materials supplied by supplier channels that are not "first-tier suppliers" in the system, must be reviewed by engineers

• Review the appearance inspection process
• Refer to the quality control database to check the manufacturer’s label/logo, coded logo
• Barcode scanning detection
• Check the factory lot number (Lot No.), production date, and corresponding origin of wafer/package with the original manufacturer
• Simple electrical performance test

3 Quality test
    All goods that are not recognized during the engineer's re-inspection process will enter the quality test process

• Solderability test
• D-CAP analysis
• Anatomical analysis
• Electrical performance consistency test
• Original test analysis report
